RETURN POLICY

A. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.

If you received a damaged or malfunctioning goods, please contact our official page @official.augioa or @augioacustomerservice. 

Provide the following information:

  • A photo and video of the damaged product.
  • Order number to expedite the process

What you will get:

  • A store credit or a replacement item for the damaged item.


REFUND POLICY

Eligible for refund are the following

  • The package has been lost for over 60 days

A. Order by Mistake/Fraudulent Orders/Cancellation of Order

You have ten (10) minutes to reach out to us at @official.augioa / @augioacustomerservice or contact@augioa.com . Failure to comply does not qualify for a full refund.

Contents of your email

  • Order number
  • Username of your Instagram Account
  • Proof that your card is being used by a different user. 

We charge back-and-forth transfer fees on your payment, but not the refund cost charged by our third-party payment processor.

Reasons that doesn't fall under Section A of Refund Policy.

  1. Cancellation due to shipping charge.
